CHILDREN'S PRODUCT SAFETY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 219 of 2000 722.1060 List of unsafe children's products; maintenance; availability; providing list to inspectors of child care facility and persons providing child care. Sec. 10.

(1)The department shall maintain a comprehensive list of children's products that have been identified as meeting any of the criteria set forth in sections 5 and 6. The department shall make the comprehensive list available to the public at no cost and shall post it on the internet and encourage links.

(2)The department shall provide a copy of the list of unsafe children's products to any individual required by the department to inspect a child care facility for the purpose of issuing or renewing a license or certificate of registration.
