THE PATERNITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 205 of 1956 722.727 Fees; assessment in order of filiation. Sec.
17.No fees for commencement of suit, filing fee, decree or judgment fee, or stenographer fee shall be required in proceedings under this act, but the court may assess such fees against the father in the order of filiation.
