CHILD PROTECTION LAW (EXCERPT) Act 238 of 1975 722.632 Report to law enforcement officials or probate court. Sec.
12.This act shall not prohibit a person who has reasonable cause to suspect child abuse or neglect from making a report to the appropriate law enforcement officials or probate court.
