TRANSFER OF JUVENILES BETWEEN INSTITUTIONS (EXCERPT) Act 84 of 1949 720.608 Transfer of juveniles; expenses, payment. Sec.

8.All expenses incidental to a transfer under this act shall be borne by the department or agency from which the transfer is made.
