TRANSFER OF JUVENILES BETWEEN INSTITUTIONS (EXCERPT) Act 84 of 1949 720.607 Transfer of juveniles; mittimuses, processes and orders to accompany. Sec.

7.Whenever any person is transferred under the provisions of this act, he shall be accompanied by all mittimuses, processes, orders, supplemental orders, a copy of his medical report, and a written statement covering the history and progress of the person, so far as the same are available or can be ascertained.
