TRANSFER OF JUVENILES BETWEEN INSTITUTIONS (EXCERPT) Act 84 of 1949 720.606 Transfer of juveniles; return to original institution. Sec.
6.Whenever, for any reason, it shall be found that it is not in the best interests of any person to remain in an institution to which he shall have been transferred as provided for and permitted by this act, and the governing body of such institution or agency so requests, such person shall, after satisfactory arrangements therefor have been completed, be returned to the institution or agency from which he was transferred.
