TRANSFER OF JUVENILES BETWEEN INSTITUTIONS (EXCERPT) Act 84 of 1949 720.605 Transfer of juveniles; terms not affected by transfer. Sec.

5.The terms of detention or confinement of a person transferred in accordance with the provisions of this act shall not be extended or increased by reason of any such transfer.
