TRANSFER OF JUVENILES BETWEEN INSTITUTIONS (EXCERPT) Act 84 of 1949 720.604 Transfer of juveniles; parole and discharge. Sec.

4.While in such institution, he shall be under the laws and rules appertaining thereto, except that his parole and discharge shall continue to be governed by the laws and rules appertaining to the institution or agency to which he was originally committed.
