TRANSFER OF JUVENILES BETWEEN INSTITUTIONS (EXCERPT) Act 84 of 1949 720.602 Transfer of juveniles; written request. Sec.

2.Such a transfer may be made only upon a written request by the said superintendent and the approval of the committing judge and of the governing bodies of the institution or agency of the state from which and to which such transfer shall be made, after notice to the parents of the juvenile or to his legal guardian, if he is under guardianship.
