STATE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATOR (EXCERPT) Act 194 of 1947 720.222 Retroactive construction of act. Sec.

22.This act, in all of its provisions, is intended to be retroactive, and it shall be construed as applying retrospectively to all persons, property and estates coming within its purview.
