EXTREME RISK PROTECTION ORDER ACT (EXCERPT) Act 38 of 2023 691.1818 List of licensed firearm dealers. Sec.

18.Each circuit court shall prepare a list of trusted licensed firearm dealers located in the jurisdiction of the circuit court. In preparing this list, the court may obtain a list of currently licensed firearm dealers in the court's jurisdiction from the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
