UNIFORM ARBITRATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 371 of 2012 691.1693 Action by majority. Sec.
13.If there is more than 1 arbitrator, the powers of an arbitrator must be exercised by a majority of the arbitrators, but all of them shall conduct the hearing under section 15(3).
