COMMUNITY DISPUTE RESOLUTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 260 of 1988 691.1561 Fiscal affairs of grant recipient; inspection, examination, and audit. Sec.

11.The state court administrator or other authorized state official shall have the power to inspect, examine, and audit the fiscal affairs of any grant recipient.
