COMMUNITY DISPUTE RESOLUTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 260 of 1988 691.1556a Agreement; enforcement. Sec. 6a. If the parties involved in a dispute resolution process reach a settlement and execute a written agreement, the agreement is enforceable in the same manner as any other written contract.
