COMMUNITY DISPUTE RESOLUTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 260 of 1988 691.1554 Community dispute resolution fund; creation; purpose; administration. Sec.
4.The program shall be funded by the community dispute resolution fund which is created in the state treasury and shall be administered by the state court administrator.
