IMMUNITY OF RESTAURANT OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES (EXCERPT) Act 448 of 1978 691.1521 “Restaurant” defined. Sec.

1.As used in this act, "restaurant" means a fixed or mobile establishment serving food to the public for consumption on the premises.
