UNIFORM COLLABORATIVE LAW ACT (EXCERPT) Act 159 of 2014 691.1337 Emergency orders. Sec.
7.During a collaborative law process, a tribunal may issue emergency orders to protect the health, safety, welfare, or interest of a party as provided in section 2950 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.2950.
