REVISED STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT PROTECTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 296 of 2006 691.1308 Applicability of act. Sec.
8.This act applies to a transfer of structured settlement payment rights under any transfer agreement entered into on or after the thirtieth day after the effective date of this act.
