UNIFORM FOREIGN-COUNTRY MONEY JUDGMENTS RECOGNITION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 20 of 2008 691.1142 Applicability of act. Sec.
12.This act applies to all actions commenced on or after the effective date of this act in which the issue of recognition of a foreign-country judgment is raised.
