UNIFORM FOREIGN-COUNTRY MONEY JUDGMENTS RECOGNITION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 20 of 2008 691.1140 Applicability and construction of act; promotion of uniformity of law. Sec.
10.In applying and construing this uniform act, a court shall consider the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.
