LIEN ON WATERCRAFT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1864 (Ex. Sess.) 570.440 Appeal to supreme court; order. Sec.

40.The supreme court shall hear and determine such appeal, and shall have power to reverse, affirm or modify the judgment or decree of the court below, and to make such other order as shall be just.
