LIEN ON WATERCRAFT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1864 (Ex. Sess.) 570.412 Liens not filed before sale; cessation. Sec.

12.All liens upon any water-craft, which shall not be filed hereunder, before sale under decree or judgment, as hereinafter provided, shall cease.
