LIEN ON WATERCRAFT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1864 (Ex. Sess.) 570.403 Complaint; filing, jurisdiction of courts in certain counties. Sec.

3.Any person claiming to have any such lien as is specified in the preceding sections may file a complaint, giving security for costs as hereinafter provided with the clerk of the circuit court of any county, setting forth, in separately numbered articles, the facts upon which such claim is based, and the amount due over and above all payments and discounts, as near as may be, which shall be verified by affidavit, in the same manner as bills in chancery: Provided, That in Wayne county such complaint shall be filed with the clerk of the recorder's court of Detroit, or the clerk of the circuit court of said Wayne county, and that said courts, and the circuit co
