MICHIGAN MARINA AND BOATYARD STORAGE LIEN ACT (EXCERPT) Act 362 of 1998 570.376 New title or registration; issuance by secretary of state. Sec.
6.The secretary of state shall issue a new title or registration to the purchaser of a vessel or trailer at a sale conducted under section 5. If the vessel or trailer was registered in another state, the secretary of state shall notify the other state that a new title or registration has been issued.
