PRESSING, THRESHING, OR HULLING LIEN (EXCERPT) Act 116 of 1911 570.335 Suit for recovery of charges; commencement; jurisdiction. Sec.
5.The person having such lien may commence a suit for the recovery of such charges in a court of competent jurisdiction against the person liable for the payment thereof.
