UNIFORM VOIDABLE TRANSACTIONS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 434 of 1998 566.43 Application and construction of act. Sec.

13.This act shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this act among the states enacting it.
