UNIFORM VENDOR AND PURCHASER RISK ACT (EXCERPT) Act 53 of 1941 565.702 Construction of act; uniformity. Sec.

2.This act shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
