RECORDING JUDGMENTS AND DECREES AS TO LANDS (EXCERPT) Act 107 of 1895 565.412 Recording fee; fees to be turned over to county treasurer. Sec.

2.A register of deeds is entitled to the same fee for recording a certified copy under section 1 as the fee for recording a real estate mortgage under section 2567 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.2567. If the register of deeds receives an annual salary from the county, he or she shall turn over all fees collected under this section to the county treasurer.
