LAND PATENTS (EXCERPT) Act 21 of 1837 565.302 Record of patent as evidence. Sec.
2.The record of a patent, recorded in the register's office or a transcript of such record certified by the register in whose office the same may be recorded, under his hand, may be read in evidence, in any court in this state, without further proof thereof.
