SELLER DISCLOSURE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 92 of 1993 565.959 Additional disclosures. Sec.

9.A city, township, or county may require disclosures in addition to those disclosures required by section 7, and may require disclosures on a different disclosure form in connection with transactions subject to this act.
