HOMEOWNERS' ENERGY POLICY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 68 of 2024 559.317 Severability. Sec.
17.If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and, to this end, the provisions of this act are severable.
