CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1978 559.275 Powers of administrator. Sec.
175.Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, prior laws, or condominium documents, the administrator after the effective date of this section, shall have no authority to review any condominium project or condominium documents or any amendments thereto, or to issue any approval or disapproval concerning any condominium project in this state, whenever established, nor shall it exercise other powers with respect to condominium projects, except that the administrator shall retain, until January 1, 1984, authority to review and approve, at the request of a condominium association, amendments offered by such condominium association to documents for a project approved under Act No. 59 of the Public Acts of 197
