CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1978 559.259 Injunction. Sec.

159.In addition to any other penalty or remedy, the prosecuting attorney of the county in which the property is located or the department of attorney general may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction against a person to enjoin the person from engaging or continuing in a violation of this act.
