CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1978 559.250 Discretionary powers of administrator; exercise. Sec.
150.The discretionary powers granted to the administrator under sections 151 to 156 shall be exercised only with respect to actions which materially endanger or have endangered the public interest or the interest of condominium co-owners, as enumerated in section 154.
