CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1978 559.237 Obligations of developer not affected by transfer of interest. Sec.
137.The obligations of the developer to condominium unit purchasers and to the association of co-owners shall not be affected by the transfer of the developer's interest in the condominium project.
