CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1978 559.194 Title insurance policy. Sec.
94.The developer shall furnish a purchaser buying a condominium unit from the developer a title insurance policy, in the amount of the purchase price, by a title insurance company licensed to do business in the state.
