CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1978 559.144 Transferable easement as to common elements for purpose of making improvements. Sec.
44.Subject to any restrictions the condominium documents may specify, the developer has a transferable easement over and on the common elements for the purpose of making improvements on the submitted land and any additional land pursuant to the provisions of those documents and of this act, and for the purpose of doing all things reasonably necessary and proper in connection therewith.
