CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1978 559.272 Effective date; requirements for disclosure statement. Sec.
172.This act shall take effect July 1, 1978. Requirements for the disclosure statement shall not take effect until October 1, 1978.
