CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1978 559.224 Title to mobile home condominium site; undivided interest in common elements; removal of mobile home; sale of site. Sec. 124.
(1)A mobile home condominium co-owner shall receive good and marketable title to his particular mobile home condominium site together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
(2)A mobile home condominium co-owner may remove a mobile home from the mobile home condominium site, and sell his rights and interest in the mobile home condominium site, but may not remove any of the common elements.
