CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1978 559.173 Recordation of master deed and amendment; certification by treasurer; filing copy of master deed with local supervisor or assessing officer; filing architectural plans and specifications or affidavit with local unit of government. Sec. 73.

(1)A master deed and an amendment to the master deed shall be recorded.
(2)A master deed shall not be recorded without a certification by the treasurer collecting the property taxes and special assessments that all property taxes and current installments of special assessments which became a lien on the property involved in the project are paid in full.
(3)When recorded, a copy of the master deed and a copy of any subsequently amended master deed or amendment shall be filed with the local supervisor or
