CONDOMINIUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 59 of 1978 559.164 Conveyance and other instruments affecting title to condominium unit; description of unit; recordation. Sec.
64.Conveyances and other instruments affecting title to any condominium unit in a condominium project shall describe the same by reference to the condominium unit number of the condominium subdivision plan and the caption thereof, together with a reference to the liber and page of the county records in which the master deed is recorded. The conveyances and other instruments are recordable.
