UNIFORM DISPOSITION OF COMMUNITY PROPERTY RIGHTS AT DEATH ACT (EXCERPT) Act 289 of 1975 557.271 Application and construction of act. Sec.

11.This act shall be so applied and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this act among those states which enact it.
