UNIFORM DISPOSITION OF COMMUNITY PROPERTY RIGHTS AT DEATH ACT (EXCERPT) Act 289 of 1975 557.270 Disposition of property by will. Sec.

10.This act does not authorize a person to dispose of property by will if it is held under limitations imposed by law preventing testamentary disposition by that person.
