CONTINUING CARE COMMUNITY DISCLOSURE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 448 of 2014 554.983 Statute of limitations. Sec.
83.An action shall not be maintained to enforce a liability created under this act unless brought before the expiration of 3 years after the date of the act or transaction constituting the violation.
