CONTINUING CARE COMMUNITY DISCLOSURE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 448 of 2014 554.979 Liability by implication; liability under other statute or common law. Sec.
79.Except as explicitly provided in this act, civil liability in favor of a private party does not arise against a person by implication from or as a result of the violation of this act or a rule promulgated or order issued under this act. This act does not limit liability that may exist under any other statute or under common law.
