LANDLORD AND TENANT RELATIONSHIPS (EXCERPT) Act 348 of 1972 554.615 Action to enforce act. Sec.

15.The attorney general or any affected individual may bring an action to enforce this act in a court of competent jurisdiction in the county where the defendant resides or does business.
