RULE AGAINST PERPETUITIES (EXCERPT) Act 38 of 1949 554.52 Sections repealed. Sec.

2.Sections 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 23 of chapter 62 of the Revised Statutes of 1846, being sections 554.14, 554.15, 554.16, 554.17, 554.18, 554.19, 554.20 and 554.23, respectively, of the Compiled Laws of 1948, concerning perpetuities and the suspension of the absolute power of alienation, are hereby repealed.
