TERMINATION OF OIL OR GAS INTERESTS IN LAND (EXCERPT) Act 42 of 1963 554.293 Underground gas storage operation; good faith affidavit, filing. Sec.
3.For the purposes of this act, any person using such interests in underground gas storage operations may file a good faith affidavit in the register of deeds office for the county or counties where such interests are located, defining the boundaries of the underground gas storage field, or pool, and the formations included therein. Such affidavit shall be prima facie evidence of the use of such interests in underground gas storage operations.
