TRUTH IN RENTING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 454 of 1978 554.637 Remedies cumulative. Sec.
7.The remedies provided by this act shall be in addition to any other remedies provided by law, and the provisions of this act shall not limit a person's right to use any other cause of action available under law.
