INTERSTATE INCOME WITHHOLDING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 216 of 1985 552.685 Conditional effective date. Sec. 15. This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 83rd Legislature are enacted into law:
(a)Senate Bill No. 227.
(b)Senate Bill No. 228.
